Opinion on mini cut 15

Hi I'm 15 and half 179cm 75/6 kg. Bmi is the exact top of the healthy weight but bordering overweight.
I want to loose some fat as I'm a bit high body fat, to decrease aromatase activity.
So should I cut down from 3 meals a day to 2 by skipping lunch in order to loose weight.
Thinking about doing this for around 1 and half months.
Opinions on this should I do anything else??
