I don’t have alot of potassium rich food was looking for supplements that’s why

i usually just scoop a gram or two in for my dinner or a protein shake cause i cant taste it in that serving size so like 3-4g a day yeah it has effects it acts as a diuretic so drink a lot of water and be ready to pee often
