i dont know how to feel about this, i think his transformation was retarded (i agree with Greg) but the tiktoker is obviously lean pilled, he should have put on more muscle first by doing a lean bulk IMO. Looks too weedy now

from the looks of it the person doesn't even have the bone structure to be lean tbh. His hips look wide and his shoulders are small

Not gonna watch a video just to say what i say every time.

Just stay around your needs. A bit more s but less and enough protein. Rest is retarded.

true, ive been going gym for a few months now (did boxing beforehand) but never wanted to bulk/put on size so i tried staying really lean but i just end up looking small tbh

Gonna bulk for a couple months and get shredded for summer

His face gains improved but it wasn't worth it nor smart. could have gone down to a similar BF if he just built up first

Lean implies muscle, his after pic isn't lean it's starved, nothing but skin and bone. If you bought a chicken that had no actual meat on it you wouldn't call it lean. To successfully lean max you have to eat appropriately to maintain an athletic amount of muscle while cutting superfluous fat.
