What food should i be eating to get leaner and debloat and stay lean, also what should i drink?
 
You should be abusing hard stiumlants and drinking diet sodas daily if you were a true leanmaxxer

sounds counterintuitive but i have a bowl of pasta like 100g pasta with 200g 5% fat beef mince then load the pasta with 10g potassium salt and some cheese, temporarily bloats me and fills me up so much but usually have it in the evening so when i wake up im crazy debloated

protein (eggs, chicken, fish, greek yogur), vegetables (zucchini, spinach, cucumber, bell peppers), carbs (rice, oats, sourdough), healthy fats (avacados, olive oil, small amounts of nuts). Drink water - warm water in the morning, herbal teas, black coffee or green tea.

Don't eat a lot of excess milk, fruit juice, energy drinks, alcohol, raw onions, (lots of) broccoli, excess sugar, large amounts of wheat if it makes you bloat, excess amounts of fat at once, ultra-processed foods, chewing gum. Don't eat really fast eaither.
