One of the most underrated hardmaxxing methods is palate expansion.
If you’ve got a cooked palate (narrow V-shape), low FWHR, recessed midface, and your teeth are fighting for space — ts will literally change your face.

It’s cheap, permanent, and can be done as a teen (or with SARPE if you're an adult). It's not cope — it’s legit bone remodeling.

Benefits:

Increases FWHR → wider, more hunter-type look

Improves cheekbone prominence and midface support

Fixes crowding and crossbite without extractions

Makes room for proper tongue posture (mewmaxxing synergy)

Boosts nasal breathing (less mouthbreathing = less subhuman)

Can reduce snoring and mild sleep apnea

Better sleep = better gains, better recovery

If your palate looks like a narrow V instead of a wide U, you’re leaving looks on the table.
Palate expansion is legit one of the best ROI hardmaxx moves out there. Do
it before it's too late.

Also costs 5k wanted to get it done but might aswell just get surgery and no insurance doesn’t cover since it’s seen as appearance modeling

Choose the option carefully. My understanding is that some expanders can cause asymmetry, make the midface longer, and alters the teeth more than the actual bones. That includes MSE.

FME looks promising, but it's very new.
