Palate Expanders

My maxilla is quite recessed and i have been seeing many people talk about palate expanders but 1. dont know how to get them (i presume from orthodontist) 2. will removable palate expanders still work as well as the fixed ones, so i could just use during sleep (i am 15)

this isn’t a great photo as i need to sleep and i will be taking proper photos for a rating tommorow but this should give a general idea, and i thibk the reason it is so recessed is due to growing up in a poor country with no milk during early childhood, and growing up vegetarian, bad habits etc.

You need something else, you look like you have SFS I wouldn't be surprised if you did
