With light or a flash , I get a pic where you can see actually more than 12 of my teeth like this

But without lighting it's literally just 8 like this

which one is right ? If we give sufficient amount of lightning , then theoretically you'd see every teeth of even the most narrow palate

I worked this out a while back, the trick is to get your teeth bleached as far back as possible (rather than the front 6 like dentists usually do). The lighter molar teeth will result in an optical illusion making your palate seem wider.

The South Asian guys below do look Indian, but they also looks similar to armenoid
