Braces are so bad. Every guy i knew as a teenager who got braces had a badly recessed chin.

I had braces and have a decent chin and a good jaw

I got braces with elastics and they fixed my overbite my chin wasn’t recessed my face got more harmony and my lower third got longer. They just have bad genetics most people have recessed chins just look outside.
