Personality doesn't matter for how attractive you are.
For getting ACTUALLY laid, only these personality traits matter significantly enough to concern about imo:

1. Extraversion. Aka, meeting enough new women socially, being among people and socialising. more volume. Locked in basement, hardly meeting new women/people, you ain't getting laid.

2. Calm/collected/comfortable-ish socially. AKA, not nervous alot when in social settings. Or very akward. This is where mentalcells often have the problems.
