Philtrum reduction and Midface Ratio

Sorry guys, I`m probaly just retarded, but could you help me out here: I`m doing a lip lift in December and can`t figure out how my Midface Ratio is going to change due to philtrum reduction (will shorten by around 6mm). My Midface Ratio (IPD:Height) atm is around 1:0.96. Isn`t my midface ratio going down, if I reduce philtrum lenght? Under 0.9 is to compact and over 1.1 is too long (horsface) or the other way around? Thanks.

I have a very thin upper lip and philtrum is 2.3mm. Going the conservative round I order to not look feminine. Seeing good results on dudes before. But thanks for the insight. Can anybody say, if the midface ratio goes up or down after philtrum reduction?

Only if your philtrum is shorter than 2mm and you already have a gummy smile. Both problems that I dont have

I'm gonna do thread lip lift it's non invasive with botox lip lift, and for the chin i can't go surgerical so i'll use high iq chin and gonion fillers

They add together simultaneous lip reduction to avoid feminizing the lips and bunch of other details which is different to female lip lift, if u want to get this procedure dont go to turkey since turkish cant tell the difference between a man and a female jfl
