I have a long philtrum so Ive considered getting filtroplasty, would it be worth it?

If i get a subnasal lift scarring could be a really shit outcome, or getting asymmetrical lips, i could also just end up looking like a duck

I need another opinion on this dont wanna be a philtrumite.
