I'm tired of being a 150lbs 20 inch bidelt subhuman
This is my plan to gymmaxxx and to achieve a frame like Clavicular and Orc
Gym 4x a week-Cardio on rest day
Push pull legs split
Use progressive overload
Every set till failure
Prioritise free weights
Food
-Stop eating like a dalit subhuman-eat above maintenance calorie intake
-More whole foods
