Last night, hot room which vasodilates and swells face for me + super low sleep which contributes to a bloated face and with high cortisol
At NIGHT when I’m most debloated AND in lighting that often does my angularity or features max favors
And this is WITH starving until 5pm, 1 carnivore meal 600-700cals; should have been debloated AND post bonesmashing swelling which usually helps angularity ofc…

Take sleeping pills, good sleep, wake up starving again, caffeine pill to push until lunch.
Was debloated even RIGHT AFTER WAKING when ur always puffier before getting leaner throughout the day. Debloated in worse lighting than above not clenching etc
Just ur daily reminder it’s hardly only a question of bodyfat. Salt/carbs, cortisol and sleep, histamine, heat, etc
