Pimples after gym

So guys im new in the gym and every time i come home theres a new fucking pimple even tho im showering as soon as i get home and washing my face everytime doing cardio?

it could be your sweaty hair making your forehead oily and causing pimples, but more likely (and what happened with me) is that youre using your gym towel or shirt to rub the sweat off your face which is putting bacteria all over it causing pimples.

if you want to wipe your face use a clean gym towel and pat, dont rub. i dont know your exact case but thats my best advice.
