Abrogation exists in the same way the Qur'an abrogates the last books. Just like earlier verses in the Qur'an relating to alcohol regulated it before banning it. It would've been insanity to ban it outright as the Americans learned 1300 years later, when they also banned alcohol in the 1920s. If tobacco was discovered yesterday it would be banned too, but not it's being heavily regulated. Modern cucks won't ban alcohol because it's become too embedded in western culture.
