Some people take L-Theanine, which helps relax, with their morning cup of coffee.
I've taken loads of it, but I barely notice a difference so I stopped taking it.

Once you've used a benzo, most anxiolytic supplements are cope compared to it tbh ngl.

Try taking a single dose of olanzapine or clozapine and see how you will be knocked out for 24 hrs.

Fast CYP1A2 AND CYP3A4 metabolizer here. 1g of caffeine barelly gets my heart rate up for like 1 hour

Also Very poor CYP2D6 metabolizer, so most medication won't work for me (including drugs like Codeine)
