So, there’s a non-surgical way to fix my narrow mouth, but there’s a high chance of getting nasolabial folds with it. If you were in my position, which flaw would you choose, considering surgery is out of the question?

Narrow mouth works if you are leaner and you can show your bone structure.. e.g. Johnny Depp

Wider mouth has higher ceiling of looks and is ideally better if you have microstomia etc
