put effort all the time so their brain doesnt realise that and sometimes they put greater effort

someone disfunctional like me needs to be put in medication in order to be able to put effort. yes its a heavily a motivation/dopamine related thing

typing with a screen keyboard makes it infinitely worse. u just wouldnt get it

basicly im unable to put effort like im unable to get horny
