Only a temporary solution. How long would that work for?

Only large one for me is Trimax with CCW with mandibular widening. Would ascend my lower third ridiculously hard. Would fix my breathing at night and correct my downward growth.

Browridge Implant + Fat graft to balance the new lower third with glabella area+massively improve eye area (I have a little too much UEE but good eye shape).

And if I feel the need to get any zygoma augmentation, modified ZSO down the line. Likely SARPE during the Bimax as well.

You will get more brown fat which is good

MLF3 does not affect the same area as bimax. If it had somehow been possible for me to have gotten monobloc + BSSO, that would have been wonderful, but we don't live in a fantasy world.

interesting, if u have delved into it more: do u know if the implant/paste would extend uniformly across ur skull front-to-back or have any step-off type discrepancies w ur ears? seems as if temple augmentation is fairly common, but idk if those other concerns would look odd or be covered by hair.

I've seen people with good eye areas who poses maybe one or two of the failos that these would correct but having all three failos feels a bit like a death sentence. I need some sort of boost around my eyes. I'd only really plan on getting one of these
