Obviously propecia is water. What to avoid / get?
I'm thinking a selenium / iodine supplement, to always ensure optimal thyroid function. Vitamin D (without K, since that can raise DHT), astaxanthin (lowers DHT slightly), a B vitamin complex?

What else is good and not cope? A daily scalp massage? Nizoral? Not touching minox because of collagen, but dermaroll 0.5mm with rosemary oil maybe?

Oh also taurine and MSM in a shake every day to minimize inflammation. L-Tyrosine for the thyroid + dopamine as well maybe?

maybe use topical propecia, same efficasy with dht lowered by 25% in the body not 70%, other things like supplements and scalp massages are cope, also dont be that scared of minox, minox with dermarolling is the most powerful hair growth stimulant.
