Started taking pre workout recently which has 300mg caffeine in and it hits me a bit but not much but the issue is I would piss like 2 - 3 times whilst I’m at the gym compared to 0 times if I wasn’t taking pre workout.
As we know sodium/salt helps with pumps and be able to lift more but it seems caffeine immediately starts flushing out the sodium from me as I look in the mirror and feel my zygos and it’s as if I’ve been eating low carb/salt for 3 days… Now obviously a lean face is good but I don’t wanna flush out my salt as it affects my lifts.
Anyone had this issue? If so then what’s the actual point of preworkout if it gives the opposite effect?
