Anyway now I take 0.25mg oral every other day, but often (not every time) my erections are weaker and dick isn't as full/big

It's not placebo cos I had the mindset that there wouldn't be sides

Also, "Nine of twenty-five (36%) subjects reported either increased descent of the testicles while the same number reported loss of penile length."

Likewise. I also experience worsened dry eyes after waking up, which wasn't a nocebo because I had no idea that it could be Finasteride-related when I noticed it.

I'm saving for a hair transplant. Some say you need to do fin after to stop the rest of your hair falling out, others say there are enough follicles in the donor areas to cover the entire scalp, so just get multiple.

And it could happen at any time without me realising, and by the time I've noticed, it will have already receded and density decreased (density reduces by like 50% or something before you notice hair loss)

Look at your father's baldness, if he stabilized at Norwood 3 then hair transplant is legit

You might want to try cosmerna they ship to USA it's silences the AR twice a month application and after 3 once a month and is about as effective as finasteride.Should be side effect free but who knows

Stronger erections on fin might be experienced early on. Later on it stabilizes, atleast it was my case. As for the sides, I take it for 1,5years and I don't think I got any sides. The "sides" I could have, were there already before. I still have mid DHT levels so before I was upper range or above probably (didn't check). I think it is not that unsafe to take if you are past puberty (I started 23)

Try 3x a week, monday, wednesday, friday… or titrate it to even less. If you want to cover the root of the hairloss you need a DHT blocker. If you feel like the low dose isn’t enough for you and it eventually stops working, just add ru58841 (don’t go over 30mg) and you should be good… that’s what I’m doing at it completely stopped my agressive hairloss, although I’m on 1,25 mg fin 3x per week… no regrowth tho

Honestly, I do and don't think it's a big deal at the same time.

I had low libido for a bit to the point my dick looked smaller or less full.

I didn't freak out because...

I have a massive libido anyways.

And a huge dick close to 7.

In the end after 6 mos or so I discontinued after my hair loss just stopped.

Anecdotally I do think in some people it just stops the hair loss trigger for a period of time.

I am on oral but apparently typical works just as well and yes, the side effects are almost non-existent. If you have the choice between the 2 take typical yeah

Topical is too greasy. Cos you need glycerine or propylene glycol as a carrier, but these are greasy. That's why I went to oral

This tbh. Almost every guy I have seen getting sides from fin are either fat, eat like shit and lead a super sedentary lifestyle or are low T(no beard growth, low body hair etc)
