You need to really pressure the surgeon to customize your design with 3D modeling software + pay extra cuz custom implants have become so popular, that most surgeons have a base design they use and then they custom shave it during the surgery and call it a “custom implant” and the result doesn’t look super natural.

so i'm starting to getting leaner, gonna calculate my facial ratios precisely with calipher and try to reach harmony with the ratios written on the site that came from attractive people.

Just understand your face well and know where your deficiencies are and correct them with a thoroughly customized implant

Thin skin with almost non-existant fat pads. Even I could've done as good a job as the mad man eppley
