Which split should i do, and how many trainings a week?
 
Only train legs and ass to get a slayer body like @BrazillianSigma

full body tbh
 
if beginner start with upper/lower or even fullbody

after around 2 years switch to push pull legs

Im doing Upper lower 4 times per week
 
PPL six times a week
