I ordered the 7.5cm version and it barely fit my fucking mouth, I had to stretch it really far. After like 5 minutes I took it out and I saw some blood on the left side. Should I continue or use a smaller version? Also my mouth area pulses when I put it in

Use shit tons of lip balm and add cotton/tissue to the ends.

I've been doing it for like 4 months now and while my lips still hurt at the ends, it has gotten easier.
