let's use this month to looksmaxing benefit by fasting, eating quality foods with fair portions to cut weight and lose body fat, doing fasted walks in the morning to support the process. let's use this month to place good overall habits in our lives

The only dopamines and serotonines i get are from eating delicious food. It’s not that I get sex or something like that

I always eat once a day and don't need a religious reason to do intermittent fasting. No water throughout the day is a different story tho. I wouldn't do that
 
Ramadan almost everytime I come out looking more bloated and fat than when I went in

It's due to the lack of time to drink enough water and eat enough calories
I won't be fasting this year

Remember that it comes down to calories, whether you walk or not you can adjust your diet and exercise to create stronger deficits
