-Staying hydrated (3 Liters) + Electrolytes
-Minimal movement, Only walks
-Stopped smoking

U think I could use Dnp for a few weeks every couple months while I bulk? Just to shed a bit of fat
i don’t see the problem as long as your giving yourself breaks. Though i’m not the most experienced in this column to ask.

For the HGH? $9.5 Bucks per vial which is cheap but I only get like 500 a month and I buy 2x10 pack when I do order.

Is reta even relevant on DNP? DNP always made me hate eating due to the thermogenic effect of food being intensified.

I had to quit on day 8 or 9 i forgot tbh because I got sick from allergies which is completely unrelated. I’m very prone to them and get bad flu like symptoms which i’ve gotten twice before. The effects from DNP just worsen them so I decided to hop off. But I did lose around 9 pounds during the cycle which is close to my goal. Sucks that I couldn’t complete it but i’ll run it again during winter.

Dose? 9 pounds in 8 days is really good if it’s mainly fat? Or do u think u lost muscle or water mainly. Also did u lose a lot of water weight after or those 8 pounds were at the end of it

I think some of that is water weight as well. I felt constantly dehydrated even after chugging down water and electrolytes. I’m not happy with my final result though since I didn’t fully complete. I might continue it in a week or so, My mom tells me I look a lot skinnier though so that’s good at least. My allergies are basically fully cleared out now since i’ve gotten stuff prescribed. I get headaches, hives all over my body, increase in temperature, bad itches and basically DNP just made everything worse.

I started at 200mg just because it’s summer time and i’m a first time newbie and I want to see how I would handle. 200mg is very tolerable (week), I ran 400mg for about 2 and half days and the difference is noticeable. Though i’m not completely sure that’s due to my allergies or not.

I have no clue my mom just gave me like 2 pills everyday for headaches and allergies and I got some topical steroids prescribed.

If you want you can start at 400mg. But if your city is really hot you can start at 200mg. Idk about 600mg there it can start to get risky ngl.
