GOAL: Lose at least 10 pounds
Main Stack
(running for 2 weeks)
-DNP (200 MG ED)
(400MG SECOND WEEK IF TOLERABLE)
starting at smaller dose than I would like since it is summer and it’s getting hot. I still go out so we’ll see
-Retatrutide (5 MG/ Week)
-T3 (25 MCG/ED)
Support Supplement’s
-CoQ10 (200 MG/ ED)
-NAC (1200 MG/ ED)
-Vitamin C (1350 MG/ ED)
-Vitamin E (1275 MG/ ED)
-Melatonin (10mg/ NIGHT)
What i’m doing during DNP
-Avoiding heat/Anything that would make me heat up (shit timing since it’s summer but oh well)
-Cool showers, Fan while sleeping, Shirts and shorts only..etc
- 500-1000 Calorie Deficit (depends on how hungry I am)
-Low carb diet
-Staying hydrated (3 Liters) + Electrolytes
-Minimal movement, Only walks
-Stopped smoking
any advice or thoughts starting on Thursday btw.
also hopping off everything since id just be wasting it.
