I'm just doing the basics

mineral sunscreen, moisturizer, retinol, matrixyl3000, coq10, stem cell derived exosomes, microneedling

Currently supplementing collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, vitamin c, vitamin d and a multivitamin. I'm probably gonna add resveratrol, urolithin A, NMN (maybe), astaxanthin, L Carnosine and alpha lipoic acid.

I eat mostly eggs, chicken and fish, alongside vegetables and bread. I don't really consume any sugar.

I use an oura ring to track my sleep and try to make sure its optimal. Same with stress.

I'm also gonna use viome to test my biological age and gut health and take their advice and supplements.

in the end this probably wont do much, but its better than nothing. That enchanted_elixir guy is the most knowledgeable person on this subject.

EDIT: I'm gonna install UV filters on the windows of my entire house

Oh and I will probably get fat grafting and prp to fix my nasolabial folds :dafuckfeels:

look at the image you have on ur profile literally promoting being natural and in the sunlight
but the sun does age you if you have seed oils in your skin
if you eat naturally you wont burn almost whatsoever and the sun will anti age you

Yeah, only problem is that this is practically not possible nowadays as 99% of people were raised on goyslop from day 1 and have already aged the fuck out of themselves irreversibly

My mom went to France when she was around 16 and everywhere she went they demanded to see her ID because they didn't believe she was under 18

Its the opposite for me, everyone thinks I'm under 18. I went to a plastic surgeon and they said they don't operate on young people.

vegetables are all man made, they have toxins, bloating fiber, antinutrients, only vitamin c + a few minerals
bread is seeds ground up made into goop and then blown up into bread

Jason is correct in saying if you consume seedoils the sun will be harmful to you otherwise it is not, this doesn't mean you should stay in the sun for hours and hours but a small amount of time for vit d and other benefits is good. When it come to looking younger facially, i think internal and external hydration is key for your skin.

While this might sound weird, if the main benefit is vitamin D, can't you just wear shorts and expose your legs to the sun, and wear sunscreen on the rest of your body except your legs. What other benefits would there even be

Exercise (2 hours intense, 7-8 hours moderate, 2 hours light/week), intermittent fasting, slight caloric deficit, great sleep, super low stress, very positive mood, clean air, and organic, clean, unprocessed meditteranean/japanese diet works.

Along with a few supplements/compounds (epithalon, ipamorelin, NAD+ boosters).

Just listen to Bryan Johnson, Peter Attia, and David Sinclair if you really want to know more.

Trying to improve your skin will actually make it worse, it's best to do nothing, don't drink caffeine, because caffeine dehydrates your skin

Use sun protection and that's it
