Honestly you’re capped out. You have flaws that can’t be changed, like if you fixed your bruxism (which in theory should add to your harmony) your long philtrum might become even more apparent.

Your skin is your biggest asset and you should get on your knees and pray to tretinoin or bb cream or whatever you use. As long as you can stop aging you should be fine. But a guy like you need every ounce of collagen and elastin and nw0 to detract from aging and revealing your true slavic genetics. Also as you age you have less assets in your arsenal. It would be extremely cringe to run forhead coverup game in late 30s or wear varsity jackets in late 30s.

Green tea daily as much as possible, also pure cocoa powder daily drinking for flavanoids and polythenols.

Exactly, thats how I got my results, skin wont change if you dont stimulate it enough. Its like mild peel vs deep peel, the second does more damage, but thus bigger results.

Squats are fine, but deadlifts are waste of time, they work unnesesary muscles that reduce your appeal, sitted heavy rows way better and logically they would boost test the same way, wide grip pull ups are also compound for the back.
I do none of the 3 compound exercises, only isolates and a lot of people still asume I am on roids.
