Gonna get rhino to reduce nose width, size, which will make lips visually wider bigger, genioplasty to reduce squareness by like 30% and make chin pointy, and add some projection,
fat grafts in the eye area and temples for hunter eye look.
For philtrum I thought of upper lip shortening, but chances of fucking up too high, plus the scar under the nose.
Also hair transplant to lower hairline.
