Want an honest rating and what my failos are, looking to have work done so suggestions for cosmetic work/surgery are welcome and extremely helpful.

You're recessed, you need bimax, also perfectly round face, might benefit from base implants, but that's a bonus, bimax would really help.
You're philtrum is too long, it's fairly easy to shorten though.
Also why would you fraud your eye area by squinting if you want honest ratings? You have a bit of bug eyes, sort out those dark circles if that's possible. Also eyebrow fillers for less upper eyelid exposure.
Overall, not an unpleasant face, you have harmony so you can ascend by improving features.
