I've started a skin care routine and have done other stuff like basic mewing, nasal breathing, braces, better eyebrows, hair, and weight loss. What more can I do? I know more weight loss is needed, but what else can I work on?
Any advice would be helpful

cardio + debloating on day to day basis. also recommend hydration

I'm 20 and in UNI
been boxing for 8 years so I have a base in athletics
