Looks good the dyed brows are such an improvement. Have you tried volufiline for lips yet? Or thought about filler? Only area I can see which can be improved.

5PSL/ HTN. You need more robustness to reach 5.5PSL/ Chadlite. Look at ronaldo for example as a textbook chadlite. Neck would help, but jaw angularity and projection should be a focus.

Yeah working on your lower third would ascend you to chad tier ngl, not sure how you would go about fixing it though. Also i dot see a difference with the eyelashes. And if you fr have male pattern baldness I would try begging your parents for money they would probably help to get a hair trasplat
