Rate my acne routine (advice appreciated)

So for a bit of context I was prescribed adapalene 0.1% + benzoyl peroxide (bellakne combi) + doxycycline 100mg + azealic acid 20%
I didnt have any "active acne" just an extreme amount of closed comedones so it made my face look textured, didnt care for a long time before.
I did this routine for aproxx 3 months and it did absolutely fucking nothing, cleared maybe 5%? and I was irritated

This is my current routine:
Wash face + tranexamic acid 5% + azealic acid 20% (4x recommended amount)
Troughout the day I apply 2% bha all over and spot treat w 30% urea
I still take doxycycline
Night I use 0.1% tazarotene (also about 4x recommended amount) w duac (benzoyl peroxide + antibiotics) and apply cicaplast

Im on around day 10 and basically 60% of my closed comedones that I couldnt remove for mooooonths are gone and still purging.

Any advice/tips? Thank you (I am absolutely not irritated except my lips, they r flaky n dry but idc lmao its so worth it)

yeah from the purging, im pale as fuck so it looks horrible

tazarotene is a third gen retinoid + there are studies which show that tazarotene is way more effective

but overall taza being a third gen retinoid is a 10000x better than tret which is a first gen retinoid
