This is my powerlifter friend 16yo 5'11 72kg who si training for a year .
He has a total sbd of 435kg and wants to know what to do with his physique .
He is currently on a 200-300kcal deficit .
Please tell what to improve , also check on my other threads to rate me !

Brodie is not a powerlifter, tbh he should blast and do a 400kcal surplus

Junior powerlifter bro . Also why should he blast at 16?? And he is on a cut because he bulked to 80kg in the winter

Cutting natty at 16 is just stunting growth. Blast at 16 as there it the most growth potential.

AAS can maintain GCRA in a calorie defacit meaning hed be less stunted in his growth
