Planning too but these Dermapens MPMD recommends are too expensive rn
oh you’re going for dermapens I haven’t done any research on them hopefully once you can afford it, it gives you better results. Ur current stack is good tho u won’t need the big stuff like fin or dut for a few years

Your stack should focus on biohacking and anti aging as well

I read your threads in the BOTB section and appreciate the time and effort you put into it. However I don't know whats the best bang for the buck and where I should invest my money in since a lot of supplements may provide some kind of benefit but it is not really noticable and worth the money

Biotin, Collagen, Multivitamins and gut health supplements are the best investments tbh looksmaxing wise if that's the case.

Thanks, I have AG1 standing around somewhere, might try that again as a probiotics/gut routine. The first time I tried it, I took it with 10mg zinc on an empty stomach and had to puke everything out, I felt like shit :lul: Dont know if it was the Zinc or if I have to take it after a meal and not in the morning

Why would you recommend Biotin, I thought it is only good for growing speed of hair?

Unless your body has low biotin (which is rare, as you get biotin through the food you eat) biotin will do absolutely nothing for you. It is best to get collagen through bioavailable sources instead of supplements. A good multivitamin will help you out, but i mean GOOD. A good bioavailable one without fillers, one I recommend is Heart and Soil Beef Organs supplement. It is the best supplement you can buy.

Bro 52$ for 1 month supply is fucking expensive

Need McPill, supplement with McDonald’s hamburgers/fries/McNuggets

if you can i would recommend you just ask your butcher for some beef liver and then cut it into tiny bits and freeze it, swallow it raw with honey to hide the taste, infinitely cheaper than buying those pills
