It's nowhere near finished, i need X-rays and a cephalometric analysis. I would also need to reconsider a bimax procedure (for aesthetic purposes). Since i am born with a condition, i'll most likely get some of the surgeries covered by insurance. Overall, i made a plan (not finished), and now all i need is just to money'max and get my shit done.

(?) I will get surgery at
Maxillofacial Surgery Beograd-Centar, principal surgeon is Dr. Zoran Stajcic
Specialist Maxillofacial Surgeon, Doctor of Science. Former Professor of Oral Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral Implantology, Fellow: International Team for Implantology, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Member: European Academy for Facial Plastic Surgery, European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons

@RealSurgerymax @Sergio-OMS highly analytical thoughts ?

Most people won't bother to download a PDF to see your surgery plan, you should have just posted screenshots of it or something tbh.

Hope you make it

This actually seems like a really good plan and I might do the same stuff you are doing, what’s the cost? And I think the biggest thing holding me back is I don’t want to get in a fight and have to worry about that stuff. Imagine you get hit in the jaw and your shit is just protruding out your face

It's about 20 thousand $. As for the fighting, i would avoid places like nightclubs and ghettos for the first couple of years after surgery until my bones ossify. Don't be afraid dude

They ossify, hmm. I thought it would just be like a permanent weakness. Plus I’ve been in fight mode ever since my ex new dude said he wanted to beat my ass

I bet surgeons really hate it when they think their patients know more than they do, it's like a civilian who likes to shoot guns from time to time giving tips to a Special Forces guy.

3 month recovery is bad so it‘s better to get mogged and humiliated for the rest of your life

Good on you tbqh the ideal should be to do 3 surgeries at once though tbqh some thing like trimax (bimax+genio)

Just LOL at this surgeon using Bruscos Chin Wing x ray in his pdf presentation even though he doesn't even perform chin wing.

Apart from that the movements mentionned seem reasonable given how fucked up your mouth looks.

I'll give you some wise words for your future way now.

Don't expect that this surgery will get you to high tier normie or above. Consider yourself lucky if you turn out dead average or slightly below. Your base is really bad.

Don't be afraid of this surgery. Lefort 1 and BSSO are being performed hundreds of time daily around the world. They are considered as very safe. BUT the bigger the movements the higher the risk of permanent nerve damage. With such big movements, you WILL LOSE sensation, trust me no matter what your surgeon tells you. But it's worth it.

And last but not least: 20k for bimax in serbia seems to be a lot. In germany and austria they charge 15k - 20k maximum.
