Id turn the chest and back day into just a chest day, inevitably you will work your biceps to some extent, worsoning the arm day the day after

if you start with the gym you should't train 5 times per week trust me regeneration is key

i can do 40 push ups and 10 pull ups

i recommend to start with 3 times fbw or if you are able to regenerate enough try upper/lower/push/pull

I do PPL UL I hate the legs 2 times a week tho

should i start with this push pull leg chest and back, arm and shoulder split after i have spent 2 month doing 3 or 4 times a week?
 
no, stay with upper lower push pull if you start to feel bored then change exercises
