Foods: Raw Red Meat, Raw Liver, Raw Heart, Raw Brain, Raw Kidneys, Raw Bone Marrow, Raw Seafood, Raw Cod Liver, Raw Egg Yolk (no whites), Raw Blood, Raw Dairy for flavour or a side, Mineral Water
Fruits to eat in the summer: Avocado, unripen pineapple, cucumber
Macronutrient: 150g+ protein, 150g+ fat, 1g carb
How many meals a day? 1 minimum, 2 maximum
What to avoid? Vegetables, nuts, whole grains, soy, seed oils, high carb fruit, anything not what i suggested above
