RE-open or Palate expander+reverse pull headgear

I'm 14 currently, I got extractions and braces treatment to fix a small underbite when I was 12 my treatment was done 2 months ago and I feel my lips barely have any support from my lower maxilla/upper jaw. My mouth got smaller and my side profile gets nerfed in the Lip area due to lack of support(I think). I am now gonna try and fix it but I'm not sure what to choose

Re-open the extraction gaps and put premolar implants in?

Palate expander and reverse pull headgear?

Both?
I don't know guys please tell me what would be best
