RE-open or Palate expander+reverse pull headgear

I'm 14 currently, I got extractions and braces treatment to fix a small underbite when I was 12 my treatment was done 2 months ago and I feel my lips barely have any support from my lower maxilla/upper jaw. My mouth got smaller and my side profile gets nerfed in the Lip area due to lack of support(I think). I am now gonna try and fix it but I'm not sure what to choose

Re-open the extraction gaps and put premolar implants in?

Palate expander and reverse pull headgear?

Both?
I don't know guys please tell me what would be best

i dont think you can put premolar implants in because its been 2 years and you had braces so the spaces are likely closed becaused teeth have likely already moved into that space. reverse pull headgear isnt really gonna do anything at 14 if you are already done with braces and wear retainers. i dont know if a palate expander will do anything. it matters how small you maxilla is. also you cant just get a palate expander your dentist needs to recomend it. but did u have damon braces? is your maxilla recssded? and is your breathing or eating uncomfortable?

To put in premolar implants I would have to use Invisalign/ braces to re-open the gaps. For the headgear I just want a few mm of lip support I'm not expecting any major maxilla movement and my palate is 39mm between the first molars. My mid/upper maxilla isn't really recessed it's just the lip and teeth area where my teeth are just far away from my lip.

lip support??? and the only way to get your lips closer to your teeth is either have foward maxillary development, the reason your lips are problay far from your teeth is because your overjet got fixed with braces. a palate expander wont really help with that. maybe just try to mew

It's is also harder to mew with less palate space as my tounge is too wide and pushes against my teeth. Before I got the extractions my voice was much more projected and clearer

hmmm consult a orthodontist and tell them all this maybe they will reopen treatment but still it matters how big the gap is between your teeth and some other things, however i think its unlikely because youve alr finished braces but still consult a orthodontist
