Realistically, what's the most optimal sleep schedule?

I was thinking that a respectable and impressive sleep schedule would be sleeping at 8 pm and waking up at 4 am, or something similar (even possibly 7 pm and waking up at 3 am). But at the same time, you can just not do anything late socially, or when you wake up you have more time to work on work/school-related things that you didn't complete the night before.

But I feel like this may just interfere with regular social events or even work/school in some aspects. Is there any practical/optimal sleep schedule that one should strive to get? Possibly ones that keep your mind and brain at ease/motivated?

And yes, I believe there is a perfect time to go to sleep and wake up. It's not a personal preference.
I did this during school, went to sleep at like 5pm and woke up at 1

the sun isn't reliable though, it comes up later in some areas and really early in others

I did it like the entire year yeah

So basically I did it because of a couple things I noticed:
1. I was always extremely tired after school and wanted to nap. What would happen is I’d nap and then wake up but then I wouldn’t be tired to sleep at the correct time so I’d just fuck everything up
2. I had trouble doing hw at night cuz I was too tired to think properly

So yeah I would just go to sleep and then wake up in the middle of the night which is when I’d do hw and everything

I agree 5pm is probably too early since by the afternoon I would be wiped already, 8pm is probably ideal

Also like I’d be more energized for school
I have trouble waking up and doing something immediately so I’d often be late or whatever
But on this schedule I had time to wake up basically instead of going straight to school

lmao this was literally always me, i noticed that i used to procrastinate a lot when it was like around 8-10 while doing homework and i couldn't think properly (no I don't have ADHD)

noticed i could just do all my work and study early in the morning and it was way more productive for me
