That's just what they do. Have good skeletal relationships but want a slightly stronger chin? 7mm chin implant. Have 25mm of mandibular recession and a massive overbite? 7mm chin implant. Lost your entire lower jaw in a car accident and only have half a face? 7mm chin implant

The majority of plastic surgeons don't know shit about aesthetics. They know how to perform the surgeries they trained in, anything outside their box of surgeries they know they can't really comment on, when in many cases patients needs a holistic set of surgeries in conjunction.

Plastic surgeons are bluepilled simps. They only know how to perform surgeries, but they don't know shit about aesthetics. Chin implants are easy money as well. Relatively low effort and decent profit. Jaw surgeries are difficult and risky.

The first answer is literaly a script from redpill sites, albeit from a surgeon, so how doesn't that make you autists happy? In practical reality, which you guys usually aren't part of, people don't usually go after extremely invasive orthagonic surgery for purely cosmetic reasons. A chin implant would still be a decent solution that could benefit the patient, even if there are better ones out there. Keep crying for him.

I don't wanna send any more of you into a deep... ok deeper, depression, but I've seen this problem almost everywhere except here and jawsurgeryforums. Don't get me started how they all will swear that even if they put an implant, they swear by fillers and that the same or BETTER can be achieved with fillers.. yeah like 2k in fillers for one chin and how long it looks like that and how it changes over the next 6months to year... yikes.
