since the video of this celebheights guy who made a video on shoe lifts and how much they are realistically contributing to your height, it is more apparent that the method to heightmax through shoes alone needs to be revised.
the realistic scale of height increase:
this gives us an insight that elevator shoes itself are not giving as much as they are measured up to their highest point
currently what I found to give you the most is the red wings shoes, specifically the "6-inch boots" which provides with high outsole and depth (as it's name says) to fit all sections of lifts, also they are somewhat similar to chelsea boots so they are good for fashionmaxxed users as well. I think if you play your cards right, you can get yourself true 8cm of boost.
but shit's expensive though.
