RELORA VS ASHWAGANDHA

Is relora androgenic and good for T maxxing? I can't find any studies on it but I know ashwagandha is good. Are the two safe to stack together? Low dose relora (250mg) with 300mg ash ksm 66. They both lower cortisol, but does anyone know how relora works exactly?

if relora has berberine that's a problem. berberine messes with protein synthesis
