I have this exact loser mindset, I relate to every single one of those points.

It's over.

Normies have no reason to roll with a loser mindset. They weren't unfortunate. They just didn't get lucky.

Normies are background characters meant for absolute nothing just to fill up gaps. Sooner one learns it the better lots of pain and hardships can be avoided with this. Only few men (chads) deserves a shot at life

Not true. There are normies who can be moderately good looking and not make the Chad cut.

I take your point though. It tends to be harder for a normie to take a front-role in social groups or be a leader of something, etc. They typically tend to suit the "follower" role.

The way I see some normies get around this is by stylemaxing and it can be done, but yeah, you can be a good looking normie and not make the Chad cut. Stand by that. Naturally life's much easier as a Chad though. Oh well.
