MY MOUTH:NOSE RATIO USED TO BE A SUBHUMAN 1.375

I HAVE NO PICS OF WHEN IT WAS 5.5cm MEASURED IDK WHERE THE FUCK THEY WENT

! NOW I HAVE 6cm PERMANENTLY GAINED FROM MOUTH WIDENING.

NOW THE RATIO IS 1.5

AND RIGHT AFTER MOUTH WIDENING I EASILY HAVE 6.5cm MOUTH SOOO

THE RATIO IS 1.625

9cm widener for like 30mins daily and i sometimes use 11cm but i can barely fit it

when i get to 11cm consistently i will easily get 6.5cm perma tbh

9cm was easy from me always but still gave me results but 11cm is fucking huge in comparison

i think i might order 10cm and use that for a while

I see it makes a lot sense. My face is probably definitively wider than yours so my lips looks narrow.

no doesnt touch teeth but u have to get cotton on the edges cuz it will make the edges of the mouth injured without them

and i prefer doing it while lying down because u can drool with it if ur upright tbh

its hard to sleep on ur side without drooling with it aswell so keep that in mind
