I had damon braces for a year and half amd it literally reconstructed my face and my orthodontist told me i should wear retainers 24/7 but after all that time now he says its good to only wear it before sleeping should i listen to him cuz im afraid it will draw back my progress cuz i heard ur face will still remodel even after braces?
