I have so many unanswered questions. do i do 1 injection weekly? how long do i wait till i go up? is it time to take at 5’8 17 83kg

Start at 1mg

You can gradually increase your dosages in increments (0.5mg per increase) and the frequency depends on how strong the effects and how big the side effects are. Me personally I’ve jumped from 1mg to 2mg in 4 weeks.

You should take it 1x a week but eventually if you want to maximise the potency you can start split dosing (1x every 4 days etc.)

I barely know anything about reta because I only research stuff I'd consider doing and I'm naturally lean, but I do know the starting dose is like 1mg a week.
 
Once a week usually start at 1 mg then higher if u want

1 weekly, usually start at 0.5/1mg, go up when you feel like ur appetite isnt being suppressed enough but do NOT start at a high dose to try get immediate suppresssion, depends how much fat you have

It’s working well for me so far

My appetite has decreased a decent amount and my urges to eat slop has also decreased. It’s still not as strong as I’d like yet though so I’ll probably keep upping my doses till around 3.5-4mg.

I’ve experienced some stomach pain and headaches but those are expected since I’ve been jumping up doses pretty quick but they’re not that bad

Would definitely recommend you get on it

Yeah generally gym is a must if you’re cutting you’ll need to retain as much muscle as you can so when you’re finished you don’t come out looking skinny fat and ending up having to spend the next 2 years bulking and cutting to build muscle

Yeah generally gym is a must if you’re cutting you’ll need to retain as much muscle as you can so when you’re finished you don’t come out looking skinny fat and ending up having to spend the next 2 years bulking and cutting to build muscle
this is gonna be hard can’t be a LTN forever. 17, 83kg 5’8. only issue is protein intake i’m pretty broke

Yeah, reta will definitely help you alot
If you have problems with the protein just spam skyr and chicken breast. I cant see you better than that, although i prefer beef, eggs, fish, milk bcs they are more nutritious

My mx dose was 2.5 mg and it genuinely felt more than enough for me. My hunger stopped and I didn’t eat any slop.
What meals should i be eating on this? should i just eat one meal a day or 3 and should i try to hit my protein limit

I ate 2 bigger meals a day and a pre workout before the gym. For a meal just stick to 2 meals that are actually going to satisfy your macro and micro nutrient profile
