I barely know anything about reta because I only research stuff I'd consider doing and I'm naturally lean, but I do know the starting dose is like 1mg a week.

What results have you seenStart at 1mg
You can gradually increase your dosages in increments (0.5mg per increase) and the frequency depends on how strong the effects and how big the side effects are. Me personally I’ve jumped from 1mg to 2mg in 4 weeks.
You should take it 1x a week but eventually if you want to maximise the potency you can start split dosing (1x every 4 days etc.)

i need to start gym tooIt’s working well for me so far
My appetite has decreased a decent amount and my urges to eat slop has also decreased. It’s still not as strong as I’d like yet though so I’ll probably keep upping my doses till around 3.5-4mg.
I’ve experienced some stomach pain and headaches but those are expected since I’ve been jumping up doses pretty quick but they’re not that bad

Yeah generally gym is a must if you’re cutting you’ll need to retain as much muscle as you can so when you’re finished you don’t come out looking skinny fat and ending up having to spend the next 2 years bulking and cutting to build musclei need to start gym too

My mx dose was 2.5 mg and it genuinely felt more than enough for me. My hunger stopped and I didn’t eat any slop.
